As part of our GRiDEA™ portfolio, the GL315c–GL316c range is designed to accelerate grid decarbonization, enabling a considerable reduction in carbon footprint over the entire product life cycle compared to equivalent SF6-based solutions. The development of the GL316c circuit breaker was carried out in the frame of GE Vernova’s “LIFE SF6-free HV Breaker” project, which is co-funded by the European Union’s LIFE Programme.
